By accessing or using www.instrubyte.com.ph (the "Site"), operated by InstruByte Electrical Engineering Services ("InstruByte", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This Site is provided to introduce InstruByte's electrical, instrumentation, and automation engineering services and to let prospective clients submit inquiries and request quotations. Content on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, constitute a binding offer, contract, or engagement for services. Actual engineering services are provided only under a separately agreed scope of work, quotation, and/or signed contract between InstruByte and the client.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our inquiry forms
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, harvest, or copy Site content for unauthorized commercial use
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content

4. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logo, and other content on this Site are the property of InstruByte or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Inquiry and quotation forms on this Site are processed via Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and this Site uses Google Analytics to measure site traffic and usage. This limitation does not apply to obligations InstruByte separately agrees to under a signed service contract or quotation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
